Team Leader 99 Bikes Chichester

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 + Commission/Profit Share

Role Summary

As a Team Leader, you'll be the linchpin of our business's success, setting the standard by leading by example in every aspect from punctuality and sales performance to unwavering adherence to our systems. You'll take full ownership of directorships, the sales process, and customer service, always approaching challenges with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

A core part of this role involves total information sharing, acting as a coach, facilitator, and influencer to ensure your team is fully engaged and aligned with our vision and purpose.

You'll cultivate an environment of discipline and high expectations, holding your team to ambitious standards and ensuring our "one best way" systems are meticulously followed. With strong business acumen, you'll make strategic decisions rooted in a deep understanding of our costs and income, always prioritizing actions that increase sales, reduce expenses, and create tangible value for the business.

You'll be deeply committed to the personal and professional development of your team members through detailed training, coaching, and comprehensive onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organised and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient with inventory, sales, and reporting systems.
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and able to adapt to change.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
