Speed Release Readybolt-On Axle Rr 12x142

The speed release axle technology makes the use of thru axles faster, easier and safer.

In only 4 turns, this axle screws and unscrews. When removing the wheel from the frame, it doesn't need to be taken out from the hub.

At last, at only 40g front and 45g rear, it is also one of the lightest thru axle on the market, with an integrated lever.

Only compatible with speed release compatible frames and forks (Cannondale, Lapierre, Orbea, Wilier, Origine, Enve, Votec, Airstreeem, Caminade, Victoire etc)

Features

Faster

Faster wheel change. The Mavic speed release axle stays on the wheel when removed from the bike.

Lighter

Controlled torque enables the design of the right axle strength at only 140g in 12x100 and 45g in 12x142

Safer

The integrated torque control system ensures consistent tightening force during each use and the indexed system keeps the axle/wheel in the fork/frame when unscrewed.

Please review the Mavic Technical Page to make sure you are ordering the correct part for your wheel.
