At 99 Bikes, we guarantee you'll get the best deal, no matter when you shop. Purchase any item between October 31st and November 30th, 2025, and you're automatically covered by our Black Friday Price Guarantee. Shop now to secure your bike and size, and skip the stress of waiting for the official Black Friday sale.

Should we drop the price of your item before the end of November, simply reach out to us in-store or contact our support team. We will gladly refund the price difference via 99 Bikes vouchers.

If your purchase was made on deposit and hasn't been completed, we will adjust the final price on the spot.

Price Match Promise

We all hate the feeling of buying something only to find out we could have got a better deal elsewhere. That’s why if you see one of our competitors offering a lower price on a product we have in stock, let us know and we’ll match it.

Shopping Online

If you are shopping online please submit your price match request using regular Price Match process or email our online Sales team at websales@99bikes.co.uk with the following information:

  1. Web address (URL) of the product on our site that you would like to price match
  2. Size and colour/flavour of the product if applicable
  3. Web address (URL) of the product at a lower price on the competitor’s website
  4. A screenshot of the product/offer details


Shopping in Store

If you are shopping in-store one of our team can assist you with your price match request and will verify price and availability with you on the spot.

Price Match Terms & Conditions

  • We only offer price match on items that are in stock available for immediate dispatch
  • We will price match all major UK competitors. A full list of competitors we price match against is available here
  • We are unable to price match on non-UK websites at this time
  • The competitor’s item must be identical (colour, size etc)
  • The competitor’s item must be in stock at the time of the price match
  • The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised online and cannot include any membership or personal discounts
  • We cannot match any multibuy type offers
  • We will take into account any delivery charges that are applicable
  • Reward points can not be used as part payment on any price match
  • Reward points are not included with any price match
  • We reserve the right to make additional charges for installation on price-matched products
  • *We reserve the right to decline a price match request at our discretion
  • Price Match is not available when Cyclescheme or Interest-Free Credit is used as payment
  • Price Match discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers
  • We are unable to offer this Price Match policy for customers outside of the United Kingdom
