The Miche Graff RD is a Race Division carbon gravel wheelset engineered for competitive gravel riders who demand genuine aerodynamic performance, low weight and the durability to handle the most demanding off-road conditions at speed.
Developed in collaboration with professional gravel athletes and validated across events including The Traka, Unbound Gravel and the UCI Gravel World Series, the Graff RD was built from the ground up to meet the demands of modern gravel racing. The 52mm hookless carbon rim features a redesigned NACA airfoil profile with a 30mm internal width, wind tunnel tested with 47mm and 50mm tyres across yaw angles from -20 to +20 degrees. The results confirm a reduction in aerodynamic drag of up to 6.92% at 30 km/h compared to the previous Graff Aero 48, consistently across every configuration tested. The reinforced shoulder section provides meaningful impact resistance against stones, roots and rough terrain impacts that gravel racing demands, while the hookless design keeps rim weight low without compromising structural integrity.
Vonoa carbon spokes in a 4x1mm aero profile and 12+12 configuration are carried over from the Deva RD road wheelset and refined specifically for gravel use, where lateral loads and vibrations are significantly greater. The result is a wheelset that weighs approximately 75g less than the Graff Aero 48 while improving the stiffness-to-weight ratio for more direct power transfer and precise handling. Every Graff RD is designed and manufactured entirely at Miche's facility in San Vendemiano, Italy.
