• The rim's construction also takes advantage of developments in DT's in house carbon manufacturing with a further refined carbon lay-up and prefect 'out the mold' finish requiring no additional cosmetic veneer to be added
• Every rim produced is scanned internally so each individual layer of the carbon can be checked prior to assembly
• The result is a weight saving of up to 158 grams a pair versus the previous generation despite being both wider and deeper
• As you'd expect from the leading hub engineering force in cycling, DICUT 180s with 36 tooth Ratchet EXP and SiNC ceramic bearings are the light, simple, low drag and still just as reliable and easy to service as the legendary 240
• DT and Swiss Side's continuing leading-edge research into rotational drag and its effect on performance has lead to the premium Aerolite II spokes which are used throughout these wheelsets
