Cross-country, downcountry - this bike is ready for it all. Merida have kept the speed of their latest carbon hardtail frame but boosted the travel to 120 mm, added trail-ready rubber and a dropper post for sublime control.

The latest Big Nine TR 8000 boosts the descending capability of this progressive geometry carbon fibre frame by adding a longer travel 120 mm fork, more aggressive tyres and a dropper seatpost for improved control. A long travel dropper post and RockShox SID fork deliver control and precision while the wireless SRAM GX T-Type drivetrain and lightweight Reynold carbon wheelset offer blisteringly fast pace, uphill or down. Cross-country, downcountry - this bike is ready for it all.
